About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial business relationships with existing Shell branded gasoline dealer locations in Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and grow commercial value in new and existing markets.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to maintain positive customer relationships and promptly address concerns.
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives and promote new product offerings to create value.
- Perform strategic reviews of contracts and negotiate favorable renewals.
- Prospect new customer accounts and develop new business within existing relationships.
- Collect and share market intelligence, including competitor activity and regulatory changes, with internal partners.
- Identify and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Six (6) or more years of industry-related experience.
