Senior Territory Manager, Endoscopy

Responsibilities

• Assist the Division Manager in achieving goals and objectives for the Endoscopy Division within the Atlantic Canada territory.
• Visit customers and potential customers according to a planned schedule to promote products and services.
• Manage existing customer accounts and acquire new business within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
• Plan and develop market strategies for current and new products in alignment with divisional goals.
• Provide ongoing technical training and clinical support to customers directly in the Endo Suite.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital leadership, purchasing departments, and clinical staff.
• Analyze market feedback and industry trends to provide regular reports to management.
• Lead medium-sized project teams as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2 to 5 years of professional sales experience (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, software, or consumer products).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
• Proven ability to absorb complex technical and clinical knowledge and communicate it to healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a field-based environment with a focus on performance-based results.
• Good understanding of the hospital environment and clinical settings.
