About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote school books and digital LMS products to educational institutions
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers and schools
- Identify potential new customers to increase market penetration
- Manage and develop healthy distribution channels and channel partners
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue goals, and collections
- Utilize CRM tools effectively and create information systems to support decision-making
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed about market competition
Requirements
- Minimum of a Graduate degree
- 2 to 8 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory
- Strong communication, marketing, and selling abilities
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive results
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional degree or diploma in Marketing Management
- Previous experience in the School Academic Publishing industry
