Senior Territory Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead business expansion and network construction for Lay's, Quaker, and Be&Cheery brands in the Aksu region.
• Partner with key customers and distributors to drive new product buy-in, in-store promotions, and optimal product display.
• Ensure all retail outlets in the assigned territory meet the "Golden Display Standards."
• Conduct sales analysis and develop strategic growth plans for assigned channels.
• Research competitors, consumer trends, and market conditions to provide actionable improvement suggestions.
• Expand market reach by identifying and developing new AB stores and exploring optimal TT/MT channel operations.
• Provide guidance and feedback to in-store merchandisers to ensure high-quality execution at the point of sale.
• Lead effective weekly team meetings to coordinate territory activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above.
• 3+ years of sales experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Strong customer communication skills and proven sales techniques.
• Experience in event planning and new product promotion.
• Familiarity with wholesale, retail, and supermarket (MT) sales channels.
• High level of data sensitivity and experience with budget management.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic.
