Senior Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across SMB and Mid-Market accounts in Western India
• Lead the full sales cycle from territory planning and demand generation to commercial closure and account expansion
• Qualify opportunities with precision and provide accurate forecasting to meet and exceed targets
• Build strong executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders to drive value-based selling
• Collaborate with the Channel Sales team and partner ecosystem to expand reach through indirect engagements
• Work closely with Sales Engineers and channel partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and technology adoption
• Represent the Sophos brand at industry events, customer briefings, and strategic forums

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in cybersecurity product sales
• Proven experience in the SMB and Mid-Market segments
• Expertise in new logo acquisition and account farming (100 - 1000 seats)
• Proficiency in applying the MEDDPICC framework to qualify opportunities and drive complex deals
• Experience with both direct and partner-driven sales models
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM
• Strong ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams
