Senior Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing partners through face-to-face engagement
• Expand distribution channels by onboarding value-added distributors in key verticals
• Identify specialist partners to accelerate adoption of wireless access points and switches
• Manage existing partner accounts to grow share of business across all product categories
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets
• Create proposals, business plans, and negotiate agreements
• Provide weekly reporting and forecasting, including competitive intelligence and market trends
• Coordinate with internal Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT sales and sales team management
• Proven track record in channel sales or partner engagement for a networking vendor
• Demonstrated success managing a sales channel or partner engagement pipeline
• Strong presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building relationships at the CEO/Executive level within partner organizations
• Solid understanding of channel partner economics
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
