Senior Terrestrial Flora Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate wild flora databases.
• Design and implement biological monitoring programs for terrestrial flora and execute baseline studies.
• Review work plans for field outings and provide daily oversight to staff specialists and subcontractors.
• Strategically direct and develop sections of environmental studies and area proposals related to terrestrial flora biological baselines.
• Identify and evaluate impacts on the biological component (terrestrial flora) within environmental studies.
• Provide continuous technical support and expertise to clients and internal teams during environmental certification processes with authorities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for field execution and review their reports to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Biology (Botanist) with professional registration (Colegiado).
• At least 15 years of professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
