Senior Tender Manager HVDC

Responsibilities

• Lead a Bid & Proposal team of technical, commercial, legal, tax, and insurance experts from the early pursuit stage to contract signing and execution handover.
• Shape and execute bid strategies for large, complex HVDC greenfield projects worldwide.
• Interpret customer requirements and translate them into competitive end-to-end solutions based on the company's portfolio.
• Manage complex tenders from both technical and commercial perspectives within a high-performing international environment.
• Ensure Hitachi Energy’s offering is presented to clients in a clear, professional, and competitive manner.

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale system sales and tendering, or in managing large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technical, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a structured approach to guiding teams through complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical and commercial experience with HVDC or similar power transmission technologies.
