About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target new B2B business opportunities within defined sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to negotiation and closing
  • Generate and convert a qualified sales pipeline, focusing on high-value commercial contracts
  • Build compelling, customer-focused value propositions that align with client needs
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within agreed business frameworks
  • Use CRM systems effectively to track pipeline, forecast performance, and drive insight-led activity
  • Deliver against individual revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales within a commercial environment
  • Strong consultative selling, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking, reporting, and forecasting
  • Ability to handle complex sales conversations and objection handling with resilience
  • Strong commercial awareness regarding pricing, margins, and value-based selling
