Senior Telecommunications Engineer (Defense and Security)

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team in the design, installation, and configuration of communication systems.
• Provide technical leadership for system design, troubleshooting, and failure diagnosis.
• Plan and execute functional and performance tests to ensure system reliability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to define technical product roadmaps.
• Manage relationships and integration processes with external providers.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and oversee physical installations.
• Provide on-site technical support during field tests, demonstrations, and international meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of Defense and Security systems.
• Familiarity with military project regulations, such as PECAL 2110 and MIL-STD.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Professional responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in networks, radio communications, or cybersecurity.
• Experience in architectural design and system validation through testing.
• Previous professional experience specifically within the defense sector.
