Senior Telecom/CISCO Collaboration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, and support telecom and collaboration systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Manage IP Telephony systems, PSTN/PRI/SIP telephony lines, and ADSL lines.
• Oversee voice recording systems and video conferencing systems.
• Maintain structured cabling for both internal and external networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all Group telecom locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Communications Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom Systems support.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM).
• Professional training on relevant telecom systems.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (oral and written).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently with well-developed leadership and team-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within financial institutions.
