Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and performance of the cloud Five9 telephony system
• Build, configure, implement, and support the move from on-prem to CCaaS and UC telephony solutions
• Troubleshoot call center and telephony issues including call routing, recording, delivery, and carrier ISDN and SIP services
• Prepare and maintain documentation of the Global Telephony environment
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies to improve infrastructure performance
• Collaborate with internal customers to analyze business requirements and offer voice technology solutions
• Assist in vendor management for telecommunications products and technical support
• Support video conferencing systems and legacy voice systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT Telecom and Contact Centers
• Experience operating large, high-availability, redundant telecom systems
• Knowledge of implementing SIP and SBC technology
• Strong working knowledge of Contact Center technologies including Verint QM and WFM solutions
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with migration from on-prem systems to MS Teams UC and Five9 CCaaS
