Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for UK shifts
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding computing and communications devices
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
- Ability to join immediately
