Senior Techsigint Compliance SME

Responsibilities

• Levy deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing, collection, and retention
• Capture and refine system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development activities
• Perform user and group training and develop training materials
• Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community
• Execute requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications
• Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, and REDHAWK
• Explain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-experts

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field
• Experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA) or design/engineering of aerospace, communications, or electronic systems
• Level 2 requires 8 years experience (Associate), 6 years (Bachelor), or 4 years (Master)
• Level 3 requires 10 years experience (Associate), 8 years (Bachelor), or 6 years (Master)
