Senior Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise investment system migrations and enhancements
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams including system design, data mapping, integration, and testing
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely resolution
• Manage communications across stakeholders, including senior leadership, vendors, and external implementation partners
• Ensure appropriate governance, documentation, and change management practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6-8+ years of experience in project management or technology delivery within the asset management industry
• Strong knowledge of enterprise investment platforms (portfolio management, order management, research, etc.)
• Experience leading large-scale system migrations and managing complex data integration challenges
• Proficiency with integrated investment vendor SaaS applications such as Charles River or Aladdin
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Jira, and Smartsheet
