Senior Technology Operations Analyst (IT Asset Management)

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT hardware asset lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, and final disposition.
• Lead technology operations initiatives and contribute to project planning and deliverables.
• Analyze complex technology operations issues and troubleshoot job failures in collaboration with vendors and support groups.
• Maintain and manage the IT Asset store with accurate, updated inventory status records.
• Coordinate internal asset movements and process returns and disposals according to standard operating procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert for IT hardware assets, advising on procurement strategies and lifecycle management.
• Direct daily risk and control flows to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Provide activity, progress, and status reports to management regarding critical issues and service improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Technology Operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• Strong understanding of IT asset management support roles.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience specifically in End User IT asset management support roles.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
• Hardware IT asset management certification or specialized knowledge.
• Experience working across multiple geographic territories or regions.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
