Senior Technology Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Employee Central (EC) objects, business rules, workflows, and foundational structures
• Provide L2/L3 user support, resolving EC incidents and system issues within AMS ticketing flows
• Manage employee lifecycle data including hires, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors People Analytics tools
• Perform integration support, coordinating EC data flows with other HR and business systems
• Test and validate system changes, enhancements, and quarterly releases
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level analysts to drive operational excellence
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy and identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience (configuration and support)
• Proven experience in post-go-live AMS support, including incident management and governance
• Familiarity with EC integrations via CPI, Payroll, or third-party systems
• Experience with SuccessFactors People Analytics or advanced reporting tools
• Strong understanding of HR functional processes and their translation into system logic

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to additional modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, or Succession
• Experience supporting organizations of varying scales
• Experience participating in AMS governance, CAB reviews, and release management cycles
• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification or related module certifications
