About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technology learning strategies and integrated roadmaps aligned with IT priorities and workforce planning.
  • Design role-based learning pathways for key domains including cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and DevOps.
  • Build scalable learning ecosystems by promoting hands-on, outcome-focused learning such as peer learning and technical labs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to IT and business leaders regarding workforce capability and technology adoption.
  • Establish and maintain learning design standards, governance frameworks, and quality criteria for technology training.
  • Manage partnerships with technology vendors, learning providers, and academic institutions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track success metrics such as skill progression and performance impact.
  • Mentor junior team members and coach on agile behaviors and best practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Digital Transformation, Organizational Development, L&D, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience leading technology learning, capability development, or workforce upskilling in a modern IT environment.
  • Strong technical literacy in enterprise domains such as cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to design role-based capability frameworks at scale within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to link learning to business outcomes.
  • Expertise in technology adoption frameworks and human-centered design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
  • Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design certifications (e.g., IDEO U, Stanford d.school).
  • Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Agile or Digital Transformation certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist).
