Senior Technology Engineer - IAM & Security Platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise security tools and IAM platforms using SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud
• Implement Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, including JML workflows, provisioning, and certification processes
• Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication flows using PingFederate and PingAccess
• Develop custom SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors using Java/J2EE, BeanShell, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Support secure identity federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure secure and scalable security infrastructure
• Provide incident and operations support to ensure the reliable operation of identity and security platforms

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology or security engineering roles
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud)
• 2+ years of experience with SSO and Ping Identity tools (PingFederate/PingAccess)
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect protocols
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE development and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk
• Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault, CipherTrust, or Imperva
• Experience in large-scale banking or enterprise environments
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or SailPoint Certified Engineer
