Senior Technology Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical operations of DSP infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of platform services
• Design and implement automation frameworks to eliminate manual processes
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows
• Drive infrastructure-as-code (IaC) adoption using Terraform or Ansible
• Manage and optimize OpenShift and Kubernetes environments
• Work across multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) infrastructure
• Enable smooth ML model deployment and lifecycle management
• Implement monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Define SLAs and SLOs to ensure platform reliability

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
• Strong experience in OpenShift or Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expertise in automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or GitOps
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in Python or scripting (Bash/Shell)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MLOps or AI platforms like OpenShift AI or SageMaker
• Exposure to LLM deployment or inference platforms such as vLLM or Triton
• Knowledge of data pipelines and big data ecosystems
• Experience in banking or financial services
