Senior Technology Engineer - DevOps PaaS/OpenShift

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all automation requests across DevOps and platform engineering environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures and deployment issues
• Design, build, and maintain containerized CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Tekton
• Administer and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms
• Develop and maintain Groovy-based Jenkins pipelines
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
• Create and maintain Helm Charts for Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure platform stability

Requirements

• Strong experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift administration
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Tekton
• Experience with ArgoCD, GitOps workflows, and Helm Charts
• Strong skills in Git repository management and branching strategies
• Experience with Groovy-based pipeline development
• Proven ability to troubleshoot enterprise-level pipeline and platform issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Istio
• Experience with 3scale API Management
• Experience supporting payments or banking platforms
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
