Senior Technology Consultant

Responsibilities

• Own and drive project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards
• Guide clients through technology transformations in software, data, analytics, or cloud initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams ranging from two to dozens of members, fostering collaboration between technical and business stakeholders
• Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and project scopes to prioritize business outcomes
• Engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects while translating complex concepts for business leaders
• Support clients in modernizing platforms, adopting AI/ML, and leveraging cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term client success and identify account expansion opportunities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technology-driven roles with a background in software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering
• Proven experience leading complex technology initiatives as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst
• Strong ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge technical and business objectives
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams of varying sizes and deliver measurable client impact
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industries
• Prior involvement in go-to-market strategy, technology alliances, or internal firm initiatives
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for account expansion
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation
• Prior consulting experience or a track record of client-facing leadership
