Senior Technology Consultant

Responsibilities

• Own and drive project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Guide clients through technology transformations in software, data, analytics, or cloud initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams ranging from two to dozens of members, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and project scopes to prioritize business outcomes.
• Engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects while translating complex concepts for business leaders.
• Support clients in modernizing platforms, adopting AI/ML, and leveraging cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and additional work streams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technology-driven roles with a background in software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering.
• Proven experience leading complex technology initiatives as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Strong ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge technical and business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams of varying sizes and deliver measurable client impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industries.
• Prior consulting experience or a track record of client-facing leadership.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation.
• Involvement in go-to-market strategy, technology alliances, or internal firm initiatives.
