Senior Technological Transition Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technological transitions toward AWS architectures and services, ensuring secure and governed migrations.
• Supervise the organizational adoption of DevOps practices and operational reliability to promote evolution toward SRE models.
• Validate functional, technical, performance, resilience, and security testing to ensure compliance with corporate standards before releases.
• Oversee the definition and implementation of dashboards, critical metrics, SLO/SLI, thresholds, and observability capabilities.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence and automation through knowledge transfer and the consolidation of institutional best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Informatics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in production transition and migration.
• 3+ years of experience working with AWS (or multi-cloud with an AWS focus).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Monitoring and Observability tools including CloudWatch, X-Ray, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins.
