About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion HCM transformations, focusing on AI Agentic Studio, Redwood UX, and VBCS integrations.
  • Design and deploy intelligent HCM workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI services.
  • Implement and customize Redwood-based HCM pages using Page Composer and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Develop low-code/no-code HR applications and extensions using VBCS integrated with Oracle Fusion HCM REST APIs.
  • Configure and extend Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, and ORC Recruiting.
  • Develop Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and manage data via HDL/HSDL.
  • Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Analyze Oracle quarterly updates and drive the adoption of new AI capabilities and Redwood enhancements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features within Fusion HCM.
  • Advanced knowledge of Redwood UX customization (Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio, and themes).
  • Strong development skills in VBCS (REST APIs, service connections, and custom pages).
  • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL for bulk data management.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading enterprise-level HR transformation programs.
  • Proven track record with AI-driven HR systems and digital HR innovation.
  • Experience working within large-scale, complex Oracle Fusion HCM environments.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
