Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Adobe Experience Cloud

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
• Design integrated solutions across AJO, CDP, AEM Assets, Workfront, and GenStudio
• Design and implement real-time customer journeys, triggers, and orchestration flows
• Define and implement unified customer profiles by integrating multiple data sources
• Manage and optimize digital asset lifecycle within AEM Assets (DAM)
• Drive implementation and optimization of Workfront for campaign planning and workflows
• Support adoption of Adobe GenStudio and AI-driven content generation capabilities
• Design integrations between Adobe platforms and enterprise systems like SAP, CRM, and eCommerce
• Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technical teams

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in digital platforms, marketing technology, or enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform / Real-Time CDP
• Hands-on experience with AEM Assets (DAM)
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront
• Hands-on experience with Adobe GenStudio or similar AI-driven content platforms
• Proven experience in customer journey orchestration and campaign management
• Proven experience in data integration and customer profile unification
• Proven experience in content supply chain and digital asset management
• Exposure to Adobe Cloud migrations and enterprise-scale implementations
