Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Adobe Experience Cloud

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, designing integrated flows across AJO, CDP, AEM Assets, Workfront, and GenStudio.
• Design and implement real-time customer journeys, triggers, and multi-channel engagement strategies (email, SMS, web, push).
• Define and implement unified customer profiles by integrating multiple data sources within Adobe Experience Platform / Real-Time CDP.
• Manage the digital asset lifecycle within AEM Assets (DAM) and optimize the content supply chain.
• Drive implementation and optimization of Workfront for campaign planning, workflow automation, and lifecycle management.
• Support the adoption of Adobe GenStudio and AI-driven content generation capabilities to drive marketing innovation.
• Design integrations between Adobe platforms and enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM, and eCommerce.
• Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technical teams through workshops and solution walkthroughs.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in digital platforms, marketing technology, or enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform / Real-Time CDP.
• Proficiency with AEM Assets (DAM) and Adobe Workfront.
• Knowledge of Adobe GenStudio or similar AI-driven content platforms.
• Proven experience in customer journey orchestration, data integration, and customer profile unification.
• Experience in managing content supply chains and digital asset management.
• Exposure to Adobe Cloud migrations and enterprise-scale implementations.
