Senior Technician, Reliability

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical testing for reliability qualifications, including pre-stress, post-read point, and post-stress testing.
• Conduct electrical testing on customer complaint units to support failure analysis and quality investigations.
• Perform machine setup, debugging, and problem isolation for automated test equipment (ATE).
• Generate and submit electrical test data, drift reports, and customer complaint reports for review.
• Coordinate with Reliability Planners, Production personnel, and Engineering groups to align on testing schedules and requirements.
• Maintain log sheets and submit reliability qualification samples to the reliability team.
• Contribute to departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and engage in continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (COE), or a relevant technology course.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating automated test equipment (ATE).
• Strong technical skills in analog and digital circuit analysis.
• Proficiency in computer and office software, with familiarity with statistical tools.
• Ability to perform bench testing to validate Out-of-Spec (O/S) and basic parametric failures.
• Proven ability to perform ATE setup problem isolation and basic program issue isolation.
