Senior Technician, Reliability

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical testing for reliability qualifications, including pre-stress, post-stress, and monitoring lots.
• Conduct electrical testing on customer complaint units to support failure analysis and quality investigations.
• Perform machine setup, debugging, and problem-solving for automated test equipment (ATE) during electrical testing.
• Generate and submit technical reports, including drift reports and customer complaint electrical test data.
• Coordinate with Reliability Planners, Production personnel, and Engineering groups to align on testing schedules and requirements.
• Support product and machine sustaining tasks to meet departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (COE), or a relevant technology course.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Strong technical skills in analog and digital circuit analysis.
• Proficiency in computer and office software, with familiarity with statistical tools.
• Ability to perform bench testing to validate Out-of-Spec (O/S) and basic parametric failures.
• Knowledge of ATE setup problem isolation and basic program issue isolation.
