Senior Technician - Plumbing and Heating

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of mechanical repairs and installations of heating and plumbing systems
• Conduct related maintenance activities to ensure efficient system operation
• Respond to service calls as part of a rotating 24-hour pager duty schedule
• Work onsite at the Bowdoin College campus in Brunswick, Maine

Requirements

• Master Plumber License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of vocational or trades training
• 7-10 years of work experience directly related to heating and plumbing systems maintenance, repair, and installation
• Valid State of Maine Class C driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 or more years of relevant experience
• Licensed Gas/Oil technician
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems
