Senior Technician, Manufacturing Product Quality

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wafer map reviews and lot assessments to drive the immediate disposition and release of held lots.
• Lead risk assessments for Probe Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in collaboration with MPE, DPE, and Process Engineering teams.
• Utilize data analytics to identify sources of electrical failure and provide actionable feedback to improve yield and reduce scrap.
• Manage a team of co-technicians, including coordinating shifting schedules to ensure 24/7 technical support for probe operations.
• Generate and present performance metrics to management and support investigations related to customer complaints.
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen programs to drive continuous improvement and achieve annual KPI goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Engineering or Technology course.
• At least two years of technical experience in a professional field.
• Proficiency in statistical tools and detailed data analytics to solve quality and yield issues.
• Strong leadership ability to guide and coordinate the activities of fellow technicians.
• Proficiency in standard computer and office software for reporting and metric tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a semiconductor manufacturing or quality environment.
