Senior Technician - GRMS

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain GRMS components including control panels, sensors, switches, and networked devices
• Monitor GRMS performance and respond to system alerts or guest-reported issues
• Support integration of GRMS with AV systems, including lighting, audio, video, and environmental controls
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of GRMS and AV systems
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults in GRMS networks and control systems
• Maintain accurate service logs, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Ensure all installations comply with electrical safety standards and UAE regulations
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and Housekeeping teams to ensure system readiness for VIP arrivals and special events

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, AV Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in GRMS or AV systems within hospitality or entertainment environments
• Experience with Crestron, QLab, Navigator CSC, or similar control systems
• Strong understanding of GRMS architecture and AV integration
• Familiarity with DMX, DALI, and Art-Net/sACN protocols
• Proficiency in troubleshooting control systems and networked devices
• Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills
