About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues and handle high-level escalations, including executive support.
- Provide second-level support for end-user desktop and IT site services.
- Manage local IT equipment within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) and global databases.
- Perform hardware installations, including rack and stack operations.
- Execute break/fix support and manage technical cases through to resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve user issues and document technical procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with product groups and tool content teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related technical experience.
- Proficiency in hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting (Desktops, Laptops, Printers).
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing solutions.
- Strong understanding of OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, subnetting), VPN, and command-line tools (ipconfig, traceroute).
- Experience with mobile device email configuration (Exchange Active Sync).
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Macintosh and Linux operating systems.
- Exposure to setting up and troubleshooting Video Conferencing systems.
- Experience implementing Voice/Telecom systems and deploying phone extensions.
