Senior Technician-Equipment (Diffusion)

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain TEL Alpha 8 furnace systems and AMAT/AG RTP systems
• Read and interpret mechanical prints and electrical/electronic schematics
• Work with systems containing radiation, electrical, mechanical, liquid, and gas hazards
• Document all work effectively in maintenance logs
• Follow established procedures and instructions with minimal supervision
• Participate as an active member of the Fab 4 Emergency Response Team (ERT)

Requirements

• AA degree in a technical field or equivalent semiconductor industry experience, military training, or technical degree
• 7+ years of experience in Diffusion equipment maintenance
• Proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to pass medical clearance for the use of a tight-fitting SCBA respirator
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry approximately 50 lbs
• Ability to work the front night compressed work week shift (Sun, Mon, Tue, every other Sat)

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience in other fab maintenance areas
• Experience with AMAT Centura Systems
