Senior Technician, Engineering Services

Responsibilities

• Construct, calibrate, adjust, test, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic equipment, components, and systems using schematics and engineering drawings
• Set up and operate standard or special test equipment to inspect electronic products and recommend necessary modifications to engineers
• Analyze, interpret, and record test data for engineering prototypes and first article electronic/mechanical equipment
• Prepare detailed reports, charts, graphs, and schematics regarding developmental engineering equipment
• Document all electronic testing procedures and results accurately
• Assist engineers in developing new engineering processes and products to ensure manufacturability
• Interface with engineering departments regarding program implementation and technical discussions
• Provide technical support and instruction to less experienced electronics technicians

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree (AA/AS) in Electronics or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in electronics technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex electronic systems
• Strong background in electrical technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
