Senior Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium white-glove deskside support and manage incidents via ticketing system
• Provide in-person support, installation, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support network connectivity, VoIP systems, and low-voltage cabling projects
• Configure and deploy new employee workstations and maintain asset inventory
• Administer client applications including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Manage Chromebook and iPad lifecycles through Google Admin Console
• Maintain classroom technology such as projectors and document cameras
• Provide end-user training and technical guidance

Requirements

• Experience supporting desktop hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows/macOS)
• Working knowledge of network protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business applications
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation for travel between client locations
• Availability for on-site support during standard business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on end-user support experience
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
