Senior Technical Training Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on boilers, heat pumps, controls, and associated systems
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, guides, and digital content aligned with the latest product standards
• Provide technical support and expert guidance to installers, service engineers, and internal colleagues
• Work closely with Product Management to ensure training reflects current product features and market requirements
• Support product launches with tailored training programmes and demonstrations
• Maintain training equipment, rigs, and facilities to ensure a high-quality learning environment
• Gather feedback from course attendees to continuously improve training delivery
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, roadshows, and exhibitions

Requirements

• Strong technical background in heating systems, with hands-on experience with boilers and/or heat pumps
• Proven experience delivering technical training or mentoring installers and engineers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Knowledge of UK heating regulations and best-practice installation standards
• Proficiency in IT, time management, and organizational skills
• Understanding of low-carbon technologies, ASHPs, or government schemes is an advantage
