Senior Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to define technical enablement needs and consolidate knowledge from Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.
• Manage and deliver technical training to customers, partners, and internal employees through in-person and virtual mediums.
• Design, develop, and maintain exceptional training materials including eLearning, videos, simulations, labs, and instructor-led classroom content.
• Independently build training courses and associated aids such as lab guides and video tutorials.
• Assist in designing and maintaining virtual lab environments to support technical training courses.
• Manage relevant functions within the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering technical training both in-person and remotely.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Cyber Security products or platforms (e.g., Vulnerability Management, SIEM, Endpoint Security, or Network Security).
• Proven experience designing technical training materials and writing assessments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Pune, IN.
• Willingness to travel independently for onsite training delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience using Qualys products.
• Experience delivering certification-based training programs.
• Proficiency with video and simulation tools such as Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or Captivate.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks like PCI, CIS, or NIST.
• Knowledge of Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Adult Learning Theory and instructional design models.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 CC.
