Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the end-to-end interview and selection processes, including screening calls, technical tests, and in-person interviews.
• Utilize the ATS to manage candidate data, credentials, and contact information effectively.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen complex IT resumes.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant abilities and cultural fit.
• Participate in tech conferences and industry meetups to network with IT professionals.
• Conduct job and task analyses to document specific duties and technical requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging technological trends and products to better identify talent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience specifically as a Technical Recruiter.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to understand and explain complex IT job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and resume databases.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and local labor legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight time constraints.
