Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for Technical teams including AI, Engineering, Product, and Support
• Actively source and engage top candidates through proactive outreach
• Design interview processes that are fair, fast, and focused on quality
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and technical leadership
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience
• Champion recruiting best practices and build scalable hiring processes
• Extend and negotiate offers to top performers

Requirements

• 4 or more years of in-house recruiting experience
• At least two years of experience specifically recruiting technical roles
• Proven ability to find, engage, and close top-tier candidates
• Experience building and shaping recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and influence skills
