Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent partner to MDs, Directors of Engineering & Product, and Founders, providing high-level talent advisory.
• Leverage internal Talent Intelligence to guide leadership on hiring feasibility and organizational design.
• Align technical requirements with business goals to ensure high-impact hires.
• Execute creative networking and bespoke outreach strategies to engage senior engineers and architects globally.
• Partner with internal teams to manage the seamless relocation and integration of international hires.
• Utilize and experiment with AI-driven sourcing and screening tools to optimize recruitment workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total recruiting experience in SaaS or Technology.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically as a Senior Technical Recruiter.
• Professional English communication skills with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders.
• Experience using AI-driven sourcing and screening tools.
• A mindset focused on research-driven sourcing and relentless talent pursuit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background or a degree in Computer Science.
• Experience working in high-growth, high-performance environments.
