About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform deep investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on escalated complex platform issues
  • Troubleshoot intricate transaction flows, routing failures, and configuration issues using system logs and API debugging
  • Replicate complex client environments and integration scenarios to reproduce confirmed bugs
  • Implement complex configuration changes, workarounds, and data adjustments to resolve persistent issues
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between Product and Engineering to scope bugs and validate fixes

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of payment infrastructure, transaction lifecycles, and complex routing logic
  • Expert proficiency with Postman or similar REST clients for API debugging and testing
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills for resolving novel technical issues
  • Superior technical communication skills for writing engineering tickets and client summaries
  • Demonstrated success and tenure in a technical support or first-contact role
