Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails, and other devices
  • Analyze technical issues correctly to provide solutions
  • Pitch and sell relevant service plans and software to customers
  • Process customer payments during calls

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in an International Outbound Tech process
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
  • Ability to close sales and handle payments
