Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails, and other devices
- Analyze technical issues correctly to provide solutions
- Pitch and sell relevant service plans and software to customers
- Process customer payments during calls
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in an International Outbound Tech process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
- Ability to close sales and handle payments
