About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve technical issues
  • Provide support for printers, routers, and email-related problems
  • Address customer queries and provide necessary technical assistance

Requirements

  • Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
  • Excellent English fluency and communication skills
  • Experience in International Voice or BPO (inbound/outbound) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a 6-day rotational shift environment
