About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical lead and consultant for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in production environments.
- Resolve complex L3/L4 production issues through effective triage and root cause analysis.
- Mentor team members handling incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
- Support and enhance Microsoft CCaaS (Omnichannel) solutions, including routing and agent experience.
- Design and implement integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps and Functions.
- Review code, configurations, and fixes to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in global support operations, including night/rotational shifts and on-call duties.
- Ensure strict SLA adherence and timely resolution of high-priority incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Proven experience working in Managed Services or AMS support environments.
- Proficiency in Azure integration services, including Logic Apps, Functions, and Dataverse APIs.
- Ability to work rotational or night shifts to support a global model.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, ALM).
