Senior Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring of strategic plan execution and performance indicators by collecting, analyzing, and reporting project information.
• Identify project risks, performance gaps, and implementation challenges, escalating findings to management.
• Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and project dashboards regarding strategic initiatives and technical performance.
• Maintain project management databases, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate with various sectors and institutions to obtain project updates and follow up on technical observations.
• Assist in reviewing project management procedures, guidelines, and methodologies to recommend improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation of digital tools and analytical solutions to improve technical oversight and decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree, or 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong expertise in Data Analysis and Reporting.
• Solid understanding of Core Engineering Principles.
• Proficiency in Process Mapping & Optimization.
• Experience in Presentation Design and Executive Reporting.
• Ability to manage internal coordination and sector alignment.
