About the role
Responsibilities
- Own customer deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 30-40 accounts across the APJ region.
- Lead deployment planning, including scoping, kickoff meetings, use case alignment, and coordination of internal and partner delivery teams.
- Monitor portfolio health using AI-augmented signals to proactively drive renewals and deepen stakeholder engagement.
- Drive product adoption by running live working sessions and identifying new use cases to expand platform value.
- Develop success plans tied to customer goals and deliver executive business reviews that connect usage to measurable business impact.
- Partner with Account Executives to co-own renewals and identify expansion opportunities within your book of business.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally to help shape product roadmap and delivery priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience leading enterprise software deployments involving change management and data governance.
- 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of 20+ mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Proven experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion pipelines alongside sales counterparts.
- Experience training or enabling non-technical teams to become data-sufficient.
- Expert-level project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from data engineers to C-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with digital analytics, product analytics, or adjacent data/experimentation platforms.
- Background in consulting, solutions delivery, or implementation.
- Hands-on experience using Amplitude as a practitioner.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
