About the role
Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy and drive architectural decisions for ADAS and Autonomous Driving technologies
- Solve complex challenges in perception, sensor fusion, localization, and decision-making systems
- Combine probabilistic robotics, state estimation, and control theory with modern C++ implementation
- Provide strategic guidance on supplier technology selection and integration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience developing driver assistance systems or related technologies
- 10+ years of experience deploying safety-critical embedded systems
- 8+ years of experience in modern object-oriented C++ (C++14 or later)
- Experience managing intellectual property and invention disclosures
- Strong technical leadership and project management skills
