Senior Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and engage engineering and technical talent across multiple disciplines
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand technical requirements and calibrate profiles
• Use advanced research, talent mapping, and AI-assisted automation to build candidate pipelines
• Build and refine custom tooling and workflows leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, delivering the Perplexity AI mission and culture
• Track and analyze pipeline data to optimize sourcing approaches
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and hard-to-fill roles

• Proven experience sourcing talent in highly dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Exceptional technical literacy and ability to understand software and AI architectures
• Strong desire to advance the craft of technical sourcing
• Builder's instinct for AI and automation of workflows
