Senior Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand talent requirements and develop compelling job descriptions for technical roles
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for a variety of technical positions across the organization
• Identify, engage, and nurture qualified technical candidates through multiple sourcing channels including online platforms, referrals, and social networks
• Manage candidate pipelines, relationships, and communications to provide a best-in-class experience
• Track recruiting metrics and report on sourcing effectiveness and progress to hiring teams
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and talent pools in relevant tech areas
• Collaborate with recruiters and other stakeholders to support scalable recruiting programs and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house technical sourcing experience at a high-growth tech startup or similar organization
• Proven track record sourcing for engineering or executive roles
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms
• Proficient in utilizing AI to enhance sourcing workflows
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a commitment to a great candidate experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to attend the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week
